Email hello@getconsolify.com. Tell us what you were doing and what you saw. Please do not send card numbers, bank logins or full statements by email.
Delete your account
- Open Settings.
- Tap your profile at the top.
- Tap Delete account.
- Check what goes and what stays, then hold to delete.
This disconnects your banks and deletes your cards, balances, payments, history, statements and Ani conversations. It cannot be undone.
It does not cancel a subscription. Cancel that with Apple, before or after.
If the screen says Not finished, hold again to finish. If you cannot get into the app, email us from the address you signed in with.
Cancel your subscription
Apple bills your subscription, so you cancel it with Apple.
- In Consolify: Settings, then Subscription, then manage your subscription. This opens Apple's subscription screen.
- Or on your iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Consolify, Cancel Subscription.
You keep your subscription until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds come from Apple, not from us: go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
Disconnect a bank
- Open Settings, then Banks.
- Tap the bank.
- Choose to disconnect it and confirm.
We end the connection at Plaid and remove that bank's cards and transactions from Consolify. The sheet tells you what will go before you confirm. A card you had already merged into one you typed in yourself stays as your own card.
You can also manage every app you have connected through Plaid at my.plaid.com.
Remove a single card
Open the card, then remove it.
Common questions
Can Consolify move my money or make a payment?
No. It tells you what to pay. You pay with your bank or card issuer.
Do you see my bank password?
No. You type it into Plaid's screen, not ours.
What happens to a statement I upload?
It is sent to OpenAI to be read, and then we delete the pages from our servers. If the read fails we keep them for up to about a day so you can try again. The Privacy Policy has the detail.
A number looks wrong.
Your issuer's statement is the record. Refresh the bank, or correct the card by hand, and tell us so we can look.
My bank will not connect.
Not every bank works with Plaid. You can type the card in or upload a statement.
I did not get a reminder.
Check that notifications are on for Consolify in iOS Settings and in the app's notification settings.
