What Consolify is

Consolify shows your credit cards in one place and tells you which card to pay, how much, and by when.

Consolify is not a bank, a lender, a debt consolidation service, a credit repair service or a credit bureau. It does not lend money, open accounts, negotiate with creditors or pull your credit report.

Consolify never moves money. You make every payment yourself, with your bank or card issuer.

Not financial advice

Consolify gives you information and arithmetic based on your own numbers. It is not financial, legal, tax or credit advice, and we are not licensed advisors. Ani, the in-app assistant, is software. Its answers can be wrong.

Decisions about your money are yours. If you need advice for your situation, speak to a qualified professional.

Figures are estimates

Every figure in Consolify comes from data you enter, statements you upload, or what your bank sends through Plaid. That data can be late, incomplete or wrong. A statement read by software can be misread.

So amounts, dates, interest and any effect on your limit used are estimates. Your card issuer's statement is the record. Check a figure against your issuer before you rely on it.

We do not promise any result, including a lower balance, less interest or a change in a credit score.

Your cards stay your responsibility

You are responsible for paying your cards on time and for the amounts you choose to pay. A reminder that arrives late, or does not arrive, does not change what you owe or when. We are not responsible for late fees, interest or other costs charged by your issuer.

Marking a payment as paid in Consolify does not make a payment.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and live in the United States.
  • You sign in with Google or Apple. Keep your device and that account secure.
  • Give accurate information, and only connect or upload accounts that are yours or that you are allowed to manage.
  • You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Connecting a bank

Bank connections are provided by Plaid. When you connect, you allow Plaid to collect your account data from your bank and to share it with us, under Plaid's own terms and privacy policy. The connection is read-only. You can disconnect a bank at any time in the app.

Subscriptions

Some features need a subscription. The price and what it includes are shown in the app before you buy.

  • Subscriptions are sold through Apple's App Store and billed to your Apple account.
  • A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You manage and cancel it in your Apple account settings, not with us.
  • If a trial is offered, billing starts at the end of the trial unless you cancel before then.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. We cannot issue App Store refunds.
  • Deleting your Consolify account does not cancel a subscription.

Fair use

Do not use Consolify for anything unlawful. Do not connect or upload accounts that are not yours to manage. Do not try to break, overload, probe or get around the security of the service. Do not copy, resell, scrape or reverse engineer the app, except where the law says you may. Do not use automated means to send requests to Ani or the statement reader beyond normal personal use.

We set fair use limits on some features, such as the number of statements read in a day.

Our content and yours

The app, its design and its content belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as the App Store rules allow.

Your data stays yours. You give us permission to process it only to run the service for you, as the Privacy Policy describes.

Other companies' services

Consolify relies on services run by other companies, including Apple, Plaid, Clerk, Convex, OpenAI, RevenueCat, Expo, PostHog and Sentry. We are not responsible for their services, and they can be unavailable. Links that open your card issuer's website take you outside Consolify.

Ending things

You can stop using Consolify and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we must do so by law, or if we stop offering the service. If we close the service we will try to give notice in the app.

As is

Consolify is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including that the service will be accurate, uninterrupted, without errors, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for fees, interest, missed payments or changes to your credit that follow from using or not being able to use Consolify. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Some states do not allow some of these limits, so parts of this section and the one above may not apply to you.

Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no duty to provide support for it, and is not responsible for any claims about it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. If the app fails to meet a warranty that applies, you may tell Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and if the change is significant we will tell you in the app. If you keep using Consolify after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
